When will my item arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. We post all domestic orders using Sendle and DHL for international orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for Australian orders and 7 business days for international orders.
International orders please note - once your order has left Australia it may be subject to customs clearance procedures. This can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates & customs policies to vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information as we do not take responsibility for any additional charges that may occur for customs clearance.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders over $150, and international orders over $300. Alternatively, see below for pricing;

- Large Domestic Shipping: $16.00
- Small International Shipping: AU$40.00
- Large International Shipping: AU$50.00

All deliveries are sent express using Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service.

Can I pick up my order in store?
Absolutely! Get in touch with our team for in-store pickups and we will organise to remove your shipping costs prior to ordering, or reimburse you for if your order has already gone through. You can also simply leave a 'note' on your order requesting in-store collection, or email us!

How can I track my parcel?
Once the package has left our store you will be emailed tracking information so you can follow up on the progress of your order. Simply use the tracking number on the affiliated postage website.
Why hasn’t my order been shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. The Lair is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance or processing.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification, we will be in touch if we require additional information for credit verification.
Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include Public holidays.
Help, my parcel hasn’t arrived!
Firstly, track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you - this will show you where your parcel is within the Postal network.
If the tracking number notes your parcel as ‘delivered’ but it’s not in your custody, please check in with housemates and neighbors before contacting your local post office. The Lair will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit. Please email us for any enquiries.
Can I get reimbursed for postage if I need to send something back?
The first step is to email the us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise an exchange of goods. We’ll be able to take you through the steps of a return.
For any change of mind purchases, you are responsible for all shipping costs. If you choose not to include a prepaid post bag with your returned items, we will be in contact to organise postage at your expense.
