When will my item arrive?
The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of being recieved. We post all orders Express with Australia Post. Please allow 24 hours from placing your order before trying to track it and 3 days for Australian orders / 7 business days for international orders for arrival.
If you have ordered a customised LAIR piece, or a style that is Made To Order, delivery times will vary. We’ll be in contact to let you know this at the time of your order.
International orders please note, that once your order has left Australia it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information as we do not take responsibility for any additional charges that may occur for customs clearance.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping for all orders within Australia over $200, and free shipping for all International orders over $300. Alternatively, see below for pricing;
- Small Domestic Shipping: AU$12.00
- Large Domestic Shipping: $16.00
- Small International Shipping: AU$40.00
- Large International Shipping: AU$50.00
If you wish to add on any extra features including Signature on Delivery, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
Who do you ship with?
All deliveries within Australia are sent Express with Australia Post. If you would like Signature on Delivery, we are happy to oblige. International deliveries are shipped with DHL.

Can I pick up my order in store?
We recommend getting in touch with our team if you would like to order something online and pick it up in store. We will organise to remove your shipping costs prior to, or reimburse you for, if your order has already gone through. You can also simply leave a 'note' on your order requesting local pickup.

How can I track my parcel?
Once the package has left our store you will be emailed tracking information so you can follow up on the progress of your order. Simply use the tracking number on the affiliated postage website.
Why hasn’t my order been shipped?
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. The Lair is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance or processing.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
The Lair will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require additional information for credit verification.
Please note that estimated delivery time does not include Public Holidays.
Help, my parcel hasn’t arrived!
Firstly, track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you. This will show you where your parcel is within the Australia Post or DHL network.
If the tracking number notes your parcel as ‘delivered’ but it’s not in your custody, please check in with housemates and neighbors before contacting your local post office. The Lair cannot be held responsible for packages lost within a postal network, or for items marked as delivered. We suggest you have your parcel sent with Registered Post to avoid disappointment.
Can I get reimbursed for postage if I need to send something back?
The first step is to email the us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise an exchange of goods. We’ll be able to take you through the steps of a return.
For any change of mind purchases, you are responsible for all shipping costs. If you choose not to include a prepaid post bag with your returned items, we will be in contact to organise postage at your expense.
