All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for orders shipped within Australia. The Lair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

The Lair accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Afterpay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorised.

Please refer to our Shipping page for full details on dispatch times, carriers, and costs. Once an order has been dispatched, The Lair cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

6. Warranty

The Lair offers a 12-month warranty on leather goods and hardware. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from incorrect care.
