The Lair x Ellie Hannon

'Late & Light' is a collaboration between multi-disciplinary artists; Ellie Hannon and Ash Greenaway, designer/founder of The Lair.

"Sitting by the riverside in the bush or walking along a windy dirt trail, this series captures contemplative, intimate moments at dawn or dusk. Noticing the ways that light, movement, shadows and reflections transform our perception of space. The temporary traces observed become moments reimagined, captured here as the visual echoes of a place. Invoking the sun and moon as channels for shared narratives – beacons that become a poetic presence in the sky. These are the moments in which I slow down to notice the wax and wane and remember that everything in this world is cyclical and transient. Nothing remains still."
