      We have an opportunity for a creative and social media savvy individual to join our Lair team.

      Working alongside our Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Manager and Creative Director, you’ll coordinate and execute content creation, styling, influencer management and organic social media strategy. 

      Ensuring The Lair has a consistent aesthetic and strong voice across our social channels will be an imperative part of your role. 



      • Managing our organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest

      • Community management across our social channels

      • Creating content and posting to Instagram and Facebook

      • Managing and growing our portfolio of influencers

      • Curating, collecting and scheduling content in accordance with the content plan

      • Copywriting across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and website

      • Competitor analysis, monitoring and reporting

      • Organising and managing Instagram takeovers

      • Organising in-house photo shoots; you’ll be responsible for creating shoot briefs, organising models, location, styling and execution of shoots (photography skills and experience essential)

      • Engaging with our external content creators, providing them shoot briefs and loaned products

      • Organising and executing Instagram competitions (bring your creative and off-kilter ideas to life)

      • Creating content for Instagram TV - you’ll be responsible for conceptualisation and execution (you may rely on our graphic designer for media editing)


      MUST HAVE;

      • Demonstrated experience working within a similar role

      • Demonstrated content creation skills (photography and editing skills required)

      • Excellent copywriting, proofing and grammatical skills

      • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multi task across multiple channels

      • Excellent styling skills

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      • An interest in sustainability and innovation in fashion

      • Drive, enthusiasm and professionalism across all aspects of your role

      • Willingness to learn new skills

      • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team when required



      • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, business or a related discipline

      • Photography and videography skills

      • Ability to use Adobe creative cloud

      • Have previously managed a fashion label’s social media

      • Be as comfortable in-front of the camera as you are behind the camera (casual interview style content, commentating while shooting video - modelling is not required)

      • Experience using content scheduling tools such as Later and Iconosquare


      This is a contracting position, with a guarantee of 22.5 part-time hours per week and the flexibility to negotiate your working days/times. As a contractor, you’ll be required to provide your own equipment; Apple Mac laptop, high res iPhone, editing apps, and adobe creative suite (if required). You’ll also be required to invoice The Lair under an ABN and manage your own tax and superannuation. Salary will be commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to extend to full time hours may be available down the track. Office space, unlimited wifi and a sweet staff discount will be provided by The Lair.
