The Lair is able to offer exchanges or credit notes on full priced items for change of mind purchases or for items purchased that do not fit.
Faulty items (excluding wear and tear) may be refunded, exchanged or repaired upon assessment from The Lair team.
All sale items are final sale, please choose carefully as these items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
We are not able to process refunds or exchanges until goods are received in store.
