Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. 

The Lair is able to offer exchanges or credit notes (where postage is at customers expense) for change of mind purchases or for items purchased that do not fit.

Faulty items (excluding wear and tear) may be refunded, exchanged or repaired upon assessment from The Lair team. 

We are not able to process refunds or exchanges until goods are received in store. 

Please email lair@live.com.au if you wish to exchange an item or have a faulty item assessed by the team.

We only accept exchange or refund on items purchased via thelair.bigcartel or in store at The Lair. If you have purchased Lair products from a Lair stockist please contact the store in which you purchased the products from for further assistance.
